To make sure you choose the right size, follow these steps to measure each contour of your body with a flexible tape measure.
💡 Tip: Measure against your skin or in tight-fitting clothing and repeat the measurement to confirm it is correct.

- Place the tape measure around the fullest part of the chest, making sure it is horizontal and not too tight.
- Breathe normally before taking the measurement.

- Circle the tape measure around the widest part of your arm (usually in the middle of the biceps).
- Keep your arm relaxed for a more accurate measurement.

- Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above the navel).
- Make sure not to tighten the tape and keep a relaxed posture.

- Make sure the tape is level with the floor.

- Measure from the top of the thigh or waist (depending on the garment you are fitting) to the ankle.
