HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN 


*We are extending the return period until January 10 for the Christmas season. Applicable to purchases made on or after November 28, 2025 (Black Friday).

Make a return yourself! Now you can submit product return requests directly from our platform. It's no longer necessary to contact us to start the return process, buddy.

Don't know how it works? Don't worry, we'll explain it to you point by point! 💖

  • If you wish to return a product, simply log in to our website with the email you used to make the purchase. Once inside your PROFILE go to "Orders" and click on the "Request return" button for the corresponding order.
  • Select the relevant product(s) and the reason. You can also write us a note with any additional information you'd like us to consider.
  • Click "Request Return," and… done! Once the request is submitted, we'll review it and send you an email with the next steps as soon as possible. Super quick and easy, buddy!

Return costs or charges will be deducted from the amount of the products to be returned. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

*Friendly Reminder: Always remember to take into account the return conditions of our products to ensure there are no issues :)

RETURN DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS IN SPAIN 

For orders destined for Spain, a return can be requested within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order (including the delivery day itself).

Please note that the return must arrive at our facilities before 45 calendar days have passed since you received it.

Return Costs:

  • Peninsular Spain: €3.95
  • Canary Islands: €8.95
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €7.95

Important: Both the products and the packaging being returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and seal, and without having suffered any damage or modifications of any kind. In addition, the return shipping label must be attached to an extra packaging, never directly on the products or product boxes.

Please note that if you return a product that included a promotional gift, it is essential to return the gift as well. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount

RETURNS IN THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION 

For other destinations within the European Union, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the maximum period for receiving the return of the order is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The cost of return is equivalent to that paid for the original shipment. You can check these costs here:  👉Shipping costs 

Remember that this amount will be deducted from the corresponding refund. You will be able to see this reflected in the return confirmation email.

Please note that if you decide to return a product that included a promotional gift, you must also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the total refund amount.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION 

We don't make returns of shippings outside the European Union.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

At the moment, we don't make exchanges. If you will like to make a size change or similar, you must return it and place a new order. Don't forget to check out the return conditions in order to make sure of not damaging the product, buddy!

RETURNS IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ERROR 

Oh-oh, what a labor, buddy. Don't worry, if you want to return a faulty or defective product, you can process a regular return through the process detailed above in "HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN" 👆(through your profile, by clicking on "orders" and then "request return") checking the option "damaged or defective item".

In this case, the return will be free of charge.

PRODUCTS NOT ELEGIBLE TO RETURN 

It's important to note that some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For this reason, we have determined that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Masks
  • Socks
  • Stethoscopes
  • Custom or personalized products

In the case of clogs, they must not have been worn, and if signs of use are found, Enfermera en apuros reserves the right to reject the return.
