Shipping times

As nurses that we are, we move very quickly and we do a thousand things at the same time, but we need a little bit of time to prepare your order with all our love.

Delivery times are the following*:

  • Shipping to the mainland: 2 to 5 working days .
  • Shipping to the mainland MRW express: 1 to 2 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00.
  • Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: approximately 5 to 13 working days .
  • UPS international shipments (outside Spain): approximately 4 to 10 working days .
Remember that bank transfer delays times, since the order is not processed until it is received in the account.

*The shipping times reflected on the website are approximate and are to be counted from the next business day after placing the order. Calm! Don't worry if you can't be at home at the time of the first delivery attempt, there is a solution for everything, as we as nurses know well.

  • If the shipment is transported by MRW: they will leave you a notice and they will contact you at the telephone number you provided at the time of purchase to arrange a second delivery when it best suits you.
  • If the shipment is transported by Correos: they will leave you a notice of attempted delivery with all the office information so you can pick it up.

If your order is returned to us due to repeated absence, non-acceptance of the package or error in the shipping address:

What a job! If after 15 calendar days from the first attempted delivery of the expedited package, it is not delivered to the recipient, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Primary shipping costs will never be refunded in the refund of the order, if applicable. In order to resend the order to you, it will be necessary to pay the shipping costs derived from the return of the order along with the new shipping costs from our warehouse to your home. If you finally do not want the order apurado returned to our warehouse, the shipping costs derived from its return will not be refunded either.

If the expedited order is not accepted after shipping for reasons beyond the control of Enfermera en apuros, S.L. , the primary costs or secondary shipping costs derived from the return of the package to our warehouse will not be reimbursed. This second shipment will depend on the shipping location of the order apurado.

In international shipments, if the order is not accepted in the destination country, or for some reason beyond the control of Nurse in a rush (Enfermera en apuros), it is not delivered and it is returned to the country of origin, all costs incurred will be deducted from the amount of the products to be returned. for the return of the package to its origin (unpaid customs fees, new shipping costs that this may have entailed, etc.).

Nurse in a rush will not be responsible for any customs charges on both national and international orders because they are unrelated to the company and totally independent.
