ORDERS INFORMATION

As nurses we are, we go very fast and do a thousand things at once, but we need a little time to prepare your order with all our love buddy.
The shipping times are as follows:
- Shipments to Spain Mainland: 2 to 5 working days.
- Shipments to Spain Mainland MRW express: 1 to 2 working days on orders placed Monday to Friday before 12:00 noon.
- Shipments to Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 to 13 working days, approximately.
- International shipments UPS (outside Spain): 4 to 10 working days, approximately.
*Note: The shipping times reflected on the web are approximate and are counted from the next working day after the order is placed. In international orders the time that the package is in the customs management of each country will not count within the delivery time.
In specific times such as Christmas, Sales, Black Friday, launching of the apurada planner and special promotions, shipping times could be modified. In these cases, we ask for a little bit of patience as we will find ourselves doubling shifts and doing a couple of extra nights! :)
Enfermera en apuros is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service. -

The amount of the order refers to the total amount of the products, with discounts applied and before any shipping costs. You can calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process.

Calm down! Do not worry if you can not be at home at the time of the first delivery attempt, there is a solution for everything, as we nurses know very well
- If the shipment is transported by MRW: they will leave you a note and will contact you at the phone number you provided at the time of purchase to arrange a second delivery when it suits you best
- If the shipment is transported by Correos: they will leave you a note of attempted delivery with all the office information for you to pick it up

What a hassle! If after 15 calendar days from the first delivery attempt, the package is not delivered to the address, your order will be returned to our warehouse. The primary shipping costs will never be refunded in the reimbursement of the order, if necessary, in order to resend your package, it will be necessary to pay the shipping costs derived from the return together with the new shipping costs from our warehouse to your home address. If you do not want the order returned to our warehouse, the return shipping costs will not be refunded.
If there is the non-acceptance of the order after shipping for reasons beyond the control of Enfermera en apuros, SL., neither the primary nor the secondary shipping costs of returning the package to our warehouse will be reimbursed. This second shipment will depend on the shipping location of the order.
In international shipments, if the order is not accepted in the country of destination, or for any reason beyond the control of Enfermera en apuros SL., is not delivered and returned to the country of origin, will be deducted from the amount of products to be returned all costs incurred by the return of the package to the origin (customs charges not supplied, new shipping costs that this may have entailed, etc.).Enfermera en apuros will not be responsible for any customs charges on both domestic and international orders as they are outside the company and totally independent of any customs charges.

Promotion only applicable for orders and returns in mainland Spain. -
Make a return yourself! You can now send us product return requests directly from our platform. You no longer need to contact us to initiate the return process, buddy.
Don't know how it works? Don't worry, we'll explain it point by point! 💖
- If you want to return a product, simply log in to our website with the email address you used to make the purchase, then go to "Orders" and click on the "Request return" button of the corresponding order.
- Select the corresponding product(s) and the reason. You can also write us a note with additional information that you would like us to consider.
- Click on “Request return” and... you're done!
Once the request has been sent, we will review it and send you an email with the next steps as soon as possible. Very fast and easy, mate! The return costs will be deducted from the amount of the products to be returned. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not make exchanges. If you want to change the size or similar, you must proceed to the return and place a new order. Don't forget to check the return conditions to make sure you don't damage the product buddy!

In orders with destination Spain you can request a refund within 30 calendar days from receipt of order (counting the same day of delivery).
Please note that the return must reach our facilities within 45 calendar days after you received it.
Return costs:
Spain mainland: 3,95 €
Canary Islands: 8,95 €
Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7,95 €
Important: Both products and packaging that are returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and seal, and without having suffered damage or modifications of any kind.
In addition, the return shipping label must be attached to extra packaging, never directly on the products or product boxes.
Please note that if you decide to return a product that included a promotional gift, you must also return the gift. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Oh-oh, what a hassle buddy! Don't worry, if you want to return a defective or wrong product, you can process a common return through the process detailed above in “HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN” (through your profile, by clicking on ‘orders’ and then “request return”) marking the option “damaged or defective item”.
In this case, the return will be free.
You can also contact soporte@enfermeraenapuros.com if you have any questions, we will be happy to help you! In addition, Enfermera en apuros will pay for any return shipping costs that may be incurred. -
For other destinations within the European Union, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the maximum period for the return of the order is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Remember that this amount will be deducted from the corresponding refund. You will be able to see it reflected in the return confirmation email.

Returns are not accepted for shipments outside the European Union.
