In the evening it's time to reflect on the day's experiences. Before going to bed, relax by writing in your gratitude rushed journal about that moment of the day that made you happy or made you reflect. If you have learned something important today, don't let it slip out of your mind and write it down so that you can return to it when you need to. You will see how much clearer your mind becomes before you go to sleep! Here you will fill in the questions: "Highlights of my day..." and "Today's learning...".

At the end of your diary, you will find an extra special section where you can list your top 10 qualities, which will help you to never give up, to stay true to yourself and to achieve success.
