1. ORGANIZING ENTITY AND OBJECTIVE 

The company ENFERMERA EN APUROS SL, hereinafter, Nurse in distress or the company, organizes a photographic contest located on the Instagram social network due to the recent change of image and modernization of its logo under the hashtag #apuselfie , as an activity to revitalize networks social to your target audience.

Contestants must submit creative photographs in which the posture of the new brand image (isotype) is imitated. called “Rush Nurse”.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The campaign will take place during the period between Thursday , July 7, and Sunday, July 17, 2022 , both inclusive.
Nurse in distress reserves the right to extend or modify the promotional dates if it deems appropriate, notifying the participants of said changes. 

The promotion is aimed only at people over 18 years of age residing in Spain. 

Nurse in distress reserves the right to eliminate any participant who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of this promotion or whoever is evidenced or suspected of irregular action in the sense described. 

3. MECHANICS, TYPE OF PARTICIPATION AND SELECTION OF WINNERS 

During the promotional period , people who wish to participate must: 

• Follow the official account of Nurse in distress on Instagram @enfermeraenapuros
• Upload a photo to your own Instagram account imitating the pose in which the "Nurse in a rush" is found in the brand's new logo in the most creative way possible. It is possible to use resources of any kind, graphic arts, decoration elements and ornaments to decorate the photograph.
• In said photo, the brand Enfermera en apuros must be tagged (user @enfermeraenapuros) and use the hashtag #apunurse
  From the Instagram profile @enfermeraenapuros, and while the contest is open, the photos of participating people will be reposted through the stories of the account, along with the description sent. In the event that a large number of images arrive, a selection can be made to repost.
  In addition, out of competition, some or all of the photos of the Nurse in distress may be published on social networks, on any of the social networks belonging to the brand. 

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The selection of the winners will take place on July 18, 2022 through a direct stream on the Twitch streaming platform . This date may be modified if the company deems it necessary. 

Three winners will be selected and these will be chosen by a jury made up of the creative team of Nurse in distress, accompanied by the followers and public of the brand on its social networks, who will give the final vote. 

• From among all the photos that Nurse in Distress receives, the creative team will decide, through the aforementioned streaming, 4 finalists who will compete for the three prizes. These 4 profiles will be presented on the brand's official Instagram during the live show on July 18 and it will be the public who decides the position of each user in the final prizes. This is: first prize, second prize and third prize. Nurse in distress reserves the right of discretion in choosing the photographs that best fit with the philosophy of the brand, aesthetic cohesion and creativity presented in it.

5. PRIZES
The prizes will consist of:

• FIRST PRIZE: Lot of Nurse in Distress products valued at €300, including: Stethoscope, mat, A5 2022/2023 school planner, jacket, Chunky clogs, tote bag, stethoscope case, jacket, cooler with handles, fanny bag, lanyard charm and vial breaker. The models of the aforementioned products can be chosen by the winner of this award, taking into account their availability on the brand's website. In the event that the products that the winner wishes are not available at that time due to lack of stock or withdrawal of the product, the winner has the right to choose another product for the same amount as the one he has won.
• SECOND PRIZE: Set of Nurse in Distress products valued at €100, including: Stethoscope, stethoscope case, A5 2022/2023 school diary, fanny bag and vial breaker. The models of the aforementioned products can be chosen by the winner of this award, taking into account their availability on the brand's website. In the event that the products that the winner wishes are not available at that time due to lack of stock or withdrawal of the product, the winner has the right to choose another product for the same amount as the one he has won.
• THIRD PRIZE: €50 gift voucher to redeem on the Nurse in Distress online website. This voucher does not expire.

6. COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNERS

• The selection of the winners will be made publicly on July 18, 2022 through a live stream on the Twitch streaming platform. This date may be modified if the company deems it necessary. The official communication of the winners will also take place on Thursday, July 18 through the Instagram profile, as well as privately by sending a message to the winners, in which the following information will be requested:
  
• Personal data: name and surname, email, telephone and address (in Spain) to send the prize (when applicable). 

7. PERSONAL DATA 

The data that the participants provide will be part of the Nursing in distress database.

8. OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS 

The participating photographs must imitate the posture in which the iconic illustration of the brand's Rush Nurse appears in the most creative way possible. It is possible to use resources of any kind, graphic arts, decoration elements and ornaments to decorate the photograph.

The participating photographs must be the authorship of the user who publishes them. 

If a person who was a minor appears in the photographs on the date of the promotion, it will be a requirement that a document authorizing the transfer of image rights of minors be sent along with the photograph. 

Nurse in distress is entitled at all times not to take into consideration the participation of photographs that: 

• a) Are of offensive content, demeaning to people, animals, beliefs, uses and good customs.
• b) Infringe the rights of privacy, honor and own image of third parties, or that contain, by way of example but not limitation, racist, sexist, homophobic, and/or discriminatory connotations, comments, images, etc., obscene, lewd, defamatory or any other that violates the dignity of third parties, against morality and/or against public order, that incites or refers to violence, dangerous practices, negligent, reckless or illegal behavior, and that is contrary to good taste, good customs and all those jobs that may cause social rejection.
• c) They are not original content
• d) Are offensive against the Nurse in distress brand, or contain any type of advertising or claim of entity, brand or product. 
• e) They are carried out in dangerous places

9. USE OF NAME, IMAGE OF PARTICIPANTS. 

Participants give their express consent to Nurse in distress in the event that this entity decides to use the name or image in any communication medium, including web pages and social networks, etc., for commercial or informational purposes, provided that these are related with this promotion, without this generating the right in favor of the winners and finalists to receive any consideration for it. Said consent is given free of charge, therefore, without territorial or support limitations and with the maximum temporary validity established by law. 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ON PARTICIPATING PHOTOGRAPHS 

The authors of the participating photographs assign free of charge to Nurse in distress, who acquires, universally and for unlimited territory and time, royalty-free, all the exploitation rights of the photographs, including the rights of reproduction and public communication, transformation and distribution, for any communication support and medium. 

11. FRAUD 

Non-compliance by the participants with the conditions described here will legitimize Enfermera en distressed to take the pertinent measures aimed at avoiding abuse and fraud, exempting the same from the delivery of prizes or gifts to those who do not meet the requirements specified here. Those users or participants who provide false information or who impersonate third parties will be excluded from this promotional action, which entails an act of deception and fraud, not only with respect to these bases, but with respect to the rest of the participants of the promotional action. Nurse in distress reserves the right to terminate those who are misusing the promotion, committing acts of fraud or harming other participants. In the event that Nurse in distress detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal development of the promotion by illegally altering their records through any technical or computer procedure, or carrying out any act of fraud that contravenes the transparency of the promotion , Nurse in distress reserves the right to cancel or even withdraw an award automatically and without giving explanations to all those participants who have benefited directly or indirectly from this type of action, and may also exercise all actions civil or criminal that may correspond. 

In the event that Nurse in distress detects any anomaly or suspects that a participant is preventing the normal development of their participation in this promotion, illegally altering their registration or their participation through any technical or computer procedure, in order to falsify their participation, they may unilaterally remove the registration of that participant. Therefore, Nurse in distress reserves the right to eliminate the registration of any participant who evidences or is suspected of an irregular action in the sense described, without any notification to the same. 

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS. 

All participants commit themselves by the simple fact of participating to the acceptance of the conditions expressed in these bases. 

For the knowledge of any dispute that could be exposed regarding the interpretation or application of these bases, both Nurse in distress and the participants of this promotion expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond to them. 

Distress Nurse reserves the right to modify non-substantial aspects of the promotion if circumstances so require.
